By accessing or using the Sitaram World Aviation website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform immediately. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Sitaram World Aviation ("Company"). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

Sitaram World Aviation provides travel booking and related services including: • Flight bookings (Domestic) via third-party airline APIs • Hotel reservations via third-party property management systems • Bus ticket bookings via operator APIs • Train booking inquiry assistance • Car rental booking and vendor coordination • Private charter flight arrangements • Destination wedding package booking and coordination We act as an intermediary between you and the respective service providers. The actual services (carriage, accommodation, etc.) are provided by third-party operators who are independent of Sitaram World Aviation.

When you make a booking through our platform: • You must be at least 18 years of age • All information provided must be accurate and complete • Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment • You will receive a booking confirmation with a unique reference number • For group bookings (10+ travelers), special terms apply — contact us directly For API-based bookings (flights, hotels, buses), availability and pricing are real-time and subject to change until payment is completed. We are not responsible for price changes between search and booking completion.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise • Payment is due at the time of booking • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets • GST invoices are available upon request • For international bookings, currency conversion may apply Pricing displayed on our platform is accurate at the time of display but is subject to change. We are not responsible for pricing errors arising from technical glitches or third-party API issues.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service and provider: Flights: Cancellation fees and refund eligibility depend on the airline's fare rules. Non-refundable fares will not be refunded. Refundable fares may incur cancellation charges. Hotels: Cancellation policies are displayed at the time of booking. Free cancellation periods, if applicable, are indicated clearly. Buses: Most bus operators allow cancellations with a fee. Non-cancellable tickets are marked during booking. Car Rentals & Charters: Subject to vendor-specific cancellation policies, typically requiring 24–72 hours notice. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Sitaram World Aviation acts as a booking facilitator and is not the actual provider of travel services. Therefore: • We are not liable for any service failures, delays, cancellations, or quality issues by airlines, hotels, bus operators, or car rental vendors • We are not responsible for losses due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.) • Our liability is limited to the booking facilitation fees collected by us • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips.

You agree not to: • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during booking • Use our platform for fraudulent transactions • Attempt to circumvent our pricing or booking systems • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform • Violate any applicable laws or regulations We reserve the right to cancel bookings and terminate accounts for violations of these terms, with or without refund at our discretion.

All content on the Sitaram World Aviation platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Sitaram World Aviation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. For consumer disputes, we encourage resolution through our customer support team first. Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation before litigation.
